Our Opportunities

Professional Service Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles…all makes and models foreign and domestic
  • Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
  • Explain automotive repairs and issues to the Service Writers
  • Plan repair procedures using charts manuals and experience.
  • Test the functionality of parts and systems
  • Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation.
  • Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic work on vehicles.
  • Prepared to get additional certification as needed.
  • Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
  • Help keep repair shop clean and organized.
  • Keep a professional appearance.

Requirements:

  • Automotive and engine repair experience or auto mechanic training required.
  • ASE certifications required.
  • Hold a valid driver license.
  • Graduated from an associate degree program in auto maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer service.
  • Must read, interpret and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records.
  • Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • May lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to use the diagnostic equipment.

Service Writer

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be the liaison between the customer and our Service Technicians.
  • Asking the right questions to the guest and relaying that information to the Technicians.
  • You’ll ensure the vehicle is serviced accurately the first time.
  • You’ll walk through the diagnosis with our customers in non-technical terms. Providing each customer with a complete and accurate estimated cost of the repair.
  • You’ll provide timely and prompt status updates to each customer. Letting them know where their vehicle is in the process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and able to handle customer complaints and disputes
  • Well-organized and attention to detail
  • Sales experience and experience in the auto repair industry is a plus but if you’re phenomenal with people and willing to learn we will train you
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Hold a valid driver license.
